THE C.V OF MY LABOUR(FINALLY FINISHED)

This is the C.V I designed for myself. I wanted it to have a traditional African feel but with a modern touch. I used textile patterns, markers Photoshop, Indesign and hours of trail and error. The case took up the most time, redesigning it over and over to fit perfectly. For the text I designed it in a mono-print style but did it by marker to get a  graffiti feel. The C.V comes with all my info on the right half of the sheet and  a poster made up if bits of work on the back. This is designed so that it can be folded and put into its case. The all-over blue print design is a textile pattern taken from photographs I took and modified.
That's about it.
This is all my stuff no one has the permission to use any thing here.
 No copyright infringement, please!

RomeoVJuliet / MontagueVCapulet

To make a Romeo and Juliet Show fit my target audience I took my idea from the masked ball in the story. My concept turned the two families into rival night clubs holding parties at the same time.

The campaign revolved around street teams pitted against each other and trying to  outdo the other.

The idividual posters are not too impressive but they are combined to form the final poster.

The final poster was a restyled battle between the Montagues and Capulets, using their individual posters to form one

That's the poster i liked because it didnt depend on photoshop or any design programme it give it its strength, the concept & treatment it had in the real-world was enough to project the message.

Industry Report Book

This was a project we needed to complete in Unversity. It was basically researching a topic, then asking relevant artists questions regarding that topic. I used Lesean Thomas from Boondocks, TMNT & Ben10:AF , Marie O'connor from Peepshow Collective, Corey 'Reyyy' Lewis from Sharknife and Seedless and Jim Stoten. My Questions looked into the perseption of an artist's signature or style.

Another thing i did a few months back, the customer wanted it 'cold & blingy' so i did this. They were quite cool to do though.
